more gingerbread house fun
cole lost interest after a few minutes. he scored all the candy he could, finished "his side" and ran off to play. kristen takes her decorating very seriously. she reads the directions and took her time tearing one of the green gummy candies apart to make a wreath. caden just wants to be right in the middle of whatever his brother and sister are doing. he is not content to watch this year. he wants to help. he fell out of the chair that he was standing on but that didn't seem to slow him down. i would really like for him to break those kind of falls with his hands not his face. he is getting to the point now where when i try to help him with something, he pushes my hand away.
the two's are coming fast!

this is the most precious brother and sister. i was so blessed by being with their family this morning. christopher is an awesome big brother. when i mentioned to sherrie how precious he is to his sister, she said he has always loved her. she said he prayed for a baby for 4 years and finally God answered his prayer and gave him a sister. she said when he was 10 years old, he spend all his spending $ at camp on a stuffed monkey for his sister instead of on snacks and things for himself. it is truly an amazing bond between them and it shows. i asked brooke to hug her brother and she immediately threw her arms around him.
(that's the kind of love i pray for cole and kristen :)
