Brothers

two of my favorite kiddos. they take precious portraits EVERY time. some kids should just be models (and i don't say that often). they are so cooperative and so adorable! there were many more cute ones but this was a favorite. i haven't been posting lately because i am working on the Bright Beginnings school portraits. busy, busy!

mr. b

precious little pumpkin, sweet potatoe! trying so hard to hold his head up. he wanted that tongue out too, which was not an easy task while on his belly.
oh these days pass in a flash. enjoy that baby smell and those baby gurgle noises while they last.

D sisters

precious sisters! this little pumpkin was so tiny. her sister was so sweet and gentle with her. she loved to give her kisses and take care of her. what a great big sister she is. i pray you will always cherish and protect your baby sister. and let me just say, i have never seen such a smiley, happy baby. i think we should call her princess smiles. i am sure she is too little for all those sweet smiles she gives out. she is just 9 weeks old :) love her!

P kids

all i can say is wow. what beautiful children! they both stole my heart. so sweet. i just wanted to hold this sweet baby, not take his pic. he had so many smiles and he would give them out at the drop of a hat. mommy didn't plan on being in a pic but i snuck this one in... mommy love, there is nothing like it!
and the hand in the mouth is one of those little memories you forget until you look back at the pic and are reminded of the little details that are so common today.

T Twins

i loved how these images seem to capture each of their little personalities. they were a joy to work with. so precious and obedient. God blessed you twice over! this dress is absolutely perfect for her picture. many times people ask me what to wear for portraits and matilda jane is always a good choice. can't go wrong with any of her designs. and little mister looked so handsome in his vest and cords. i loved how sweet and kind they were to each other.

more brothers

these two pumpkins were so cooperative. lots of smiles and laughs. no tackling, which is shocking! they save that for home, i'm sure! mommy dressed them so handsome. not totally matching cause little guy had a his sweater vest, too cute. i know it takes so much to get ready for pictures... haircuts, shopping for clothes, bribing the kids :) but in the end the preparation pays off :)

just thought i'd take a minute to post a favorite from my sessions last week. does he look like an angel or what? pure childhood innocence.
he was so precious. i showed him how to hold his hands and he didn't even move.
sweet um's!

i'm looking forward to photographing 130 little pumpkins next week at Bright Beginnings. praying for lots of beautiful smiles :)and sweet looks like this one! little man set the bar high.

nothing beats your little boy giving you a flower. it's one of those simple joys of being a mommy. braxton was so sweet to pick one for tricia and share some with his brother, too.

what fun night! never a dull moment with this family. tricia is one of the funniest people i know, not to mention one of the best mommies i know. and her two boys... well, let's just say they hold a special place in MANY people's heart.

braxton was a still as a statue and insanely cooperative for the first hour (which is about 10X longer than most kids)and auston, well... we needed to find that one year old's "pause button" but apparently he doesn't have one! he can run and dodge an adult like nobody's business. mimi earned her keep tonight chasing her grandbaby and trying to help get smiles. thank you mimi!

P Sisters

precious sisters in matching outfits, love it! those little bare feet and those leggings. i could just eat these two alive. little pumpkin loves her tongue OUT so at some point, you just go with it and capture them as they are :) wednesday, you earned your keep with these angels... but we got some cute ones!

P Kids

oh, can all my one year olds be this cooperative?! these two little muffins did so great for their sibling session. reeves was such a little gentleman (and what a cute name :) and it was so cute how little hannah did not want her toes to touch the wet grass. thanks for hanging in there in the rain this morning. put hannah in her same dress for school pics if you want. i'll get her individual pic then. hope u see one for your chrismas card.
