SNOW!!!
first snow on Christmas eve in 85 years! wow! it was such fun to have a white Christmas and the kids loved playing in the snow. i wanted them to build a cute snowman but i had to settle for snowball fight pictures. even caden got me with a snowball (or more like an iceball). good thing we had fun in the morning because it was gone by afternoon. that's how life is... you have to capture those moments while they are there!

fun with my 3
oh mercy, what it took to get this pic! shopping for outfits, waiting for a warm day in december, fighting with cole to wear the sweater, working around the caden's nap and then there is the negotiating. the kids know that they have some wiggle room with "what am i going to get for this?"
we drove from the park to blockbuster and rented night at the museaum 2, air bud soccer and thomas. whew! it's a good thing i got some pics i love! merry christmas to me. once i decide if i want black and white or color, i will order a cute gallery wrap square of this :)

gingerbread house
a fowler family tradition... the gingerbread house.
the kids couldn't wait to get home from school today to make the gingerbread house. it was a cold day so it was nice to get in our jammies in the warm house. when daryl came home they were so excited to show him their creation. this time of year makes for so many fun memories :)

christmas program
i can't believe it is december. time for christmas programs and parties. the schedule gets busy, busy and i promise to focus on the one thing that matters most: the birth of the Savior. the christmas around the world show was wonderful at school today. the 2nd grade was germany and kristen did great at speaking her part. they sang "O Christmas Tree" and they are just precious.
special times and great memories!
