Johnson Cousins

oh, what a precious family! i hope grandmom likes these pictures of all her grandbabies. the boys had to leave quick to make it to baseball but i got a couple smiles before they left. that just left me with girls (who always love to have their picture taken). chloe and claire were such sweet sisters. they were genuinely kind and loving toward each other and their mommy was no where in sight. as a mommy myself, that makes me smile.

speaking of smiling (or not smiling), i always like the no smile, big eye pictures of the little ones so i took a few like that of little bit. actually, i called her "little pickle" most of the time which they all thought was so funny. i wish i had more time to take just the johnson kids but maybe next time. holli is one of the all time best mommies i know. love u!

oh, and sorry about the chigger bites, i have finally stopped itching :)

race car bed

speaking of kids growing up too fast... how is it that my baby is old enough to have a big boy bed!??
the big kids were just as excited for caden to have his new bed as he was to get it! i can't believe he actually stays in his bed... good boy!

new smile

it's so fun to have a daughter that likes for me to take her picture! (both boys run from me :)
kristen lost her 2nd front tooth today. she worked on getting that tooth out all day. for some reason there was alot of blood involved. i know i could have spared that detail.
it just gives me pause to think about how she is growing up. we went to emma's recital today and seeing all those precious little ones in their adorable costumes takes me right back to kristen's recital when she was 3. oh my, where does time go?!

daddy's arms

these turned out to be my favorites...
there is nothing like being in daddy's arms, safe and loved. daddies love, protect and defend their little girls. i love how little girls this age want to marry their daddies when they grows up. my older son tried to tell my daughter you can't marry dad and i told him to shush! she will figure it out soon enough and until then, let her daddy be her hero and the one she wants to marry :)

kayli's baptism shoot

Posted by Picasakayli, i am so pleased you decided to accept Jesus as your Lord at such a young age. you have all your life to love Him and follow Him. i did not believe until i was an adult so i had many wasted years. God has wonderful plans for your life and He has given you a wonderful family, church and school. you are very blessed, my precious!
