i just love this age. caden is so sweet and cute. when he wakes up in the morning or from his nap he yells for me to come get him. i have never told him to do that but my other 2 kids did it, too, so i guess it's just a hold over from being in the crib. so this morning he was yelling, "Mommy, i need you! Mommy, i need you!" (it's so nice to be needed :) when i went i said what do u need buddy? and he said, "i need you opening the door please!" love him!
he loves going to "my school" KDO twice a week. he has learned the spanish color song which is really funny to hear him sing. he loves his friends and wants to introduce me to all of them when i pick him up. he won't nap at school but at least he stays still on his mat for his teachers. he tells me "shhh, babies sleeping" so i figure that is what the teacher tells him at rest time. the baby room is across the hall.
one of the best things about life right now is how much he loves cole and kristen. he lives for when they come home from school. when we go to pick them up he runs to them and hugs their leg. two year olds are so full of life and love. this age is the best. i am savoring every moment.
